Planning a break?

As many of us are starting to think about summer holidays, perhaps you might find the post linked below helpful. There’s no doubt that travel can be a very stressful experience. Airports have reduced me to tears on more than one occasion and I like to think that we could have an easier time of it if a little more thought was put into planning for people with mental health difficulties.  Holidays are supposed to be enjoyable and the journey should be part of the fun, not an ordeal to be endured.
